If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Register a Return

Returns - step by step


1. Find your order

Account holders will find their orders listed in their account.

If you purchased as a guest, please go to our guest returns page to retrieve your order and arrange a return.


2. Select the item(s) you would like to return

You can choose to return the entire order, or just specific items.


3. Check your email for confirmation

Once you have requested a return, we will send you a confirmation email with a UPS return label as a PDF attachment.


4. Print your label and pack your item(s)

Print the UPS return label, and stick it on the parcel. If you are unable to print the label, we can send you the relevant documents by post.

5. Arrange a UPS collection

Please take your parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point. This can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_GB

6. Please return your items within 14 days of receiving the return documents.

Frequently asked questions

  • As soon as the returned items are received by our warehouse, a credit note will be issued. This will be sent to you by email and a refund will be made via the original payment method.
  • Usually you can expect the refund of your credit within a week after the credit note was issued.
  • No, Orient will cover the return fee.
  • No, after 30 days we cannot accept any returns.
